Domestic shipping

All orders will be packed and posted by Novi Wear via Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout.

Standard Post — $10 Express Post — $15

Novi Wear will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages, delays in shipping/delivery or any damage to the package once the package has been shipped.

Local pick- up — if you live in the Northern Rivers, free local pick-up is available for you. Upon checkout, ensure you change your shipping option to local pick-up before proceeding with payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your garment to be made, and you will receive an email once your order is ready to be collected.

International shipping

All international orders will be posted at a $30 flat rate. International orders will be sent with tracking via Standard Australia Post.

Returns / Exchanges

Novi Wear understands that sometimes exchanges/returns need to be made. We are happy to assist you in an exchange or return if you are not happy with your garment, ensuring that the item is in original condition with no marks or damages.

All returns are to be posted at the expense of the buyer. Please contact hello@novi-wear.com within 7 days of receiving your garment to arrange a refund/exchange.

In the case of a faulty item, please contact us hello@novi-wear.com to notify us within 7 days of receiving your garment. Your garment will be made to order once the faulty item is returned and assessed & posted to you via Standard Australia Post.
